The Communications Director for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has indicated that the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has resorted to frivolous allegations.
He believes the political party senses they are losing the elections and therefore wants to push an agenda with frivolity.
Sammy Gyamfi was responding to claims that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is behind the EC agent who tore away Dr Mahamudu Bawumia's details in Kintampo South. "The NPP is resorting to frivolous allegations because they sense defeat, and they are using such tactics to incite violence and manipulate the election process," Gyamfi stated.
He indicated that the NDC cannot be blamed for the actions of a staff of the Electoral Commission but rather the commission.
