Several voters have been arrested at the Zina Luxury Event Centre in Burma Camp of the Greater Accra Region for allegedly attempting to vote in a constituency other than their registered one.
A report by TV3 shows the individuals in a heated exchange with police officers before being escorted away.
The voters, however, claim they legally transferred their votes from Koforidua and expressed frustration over the incident.
The 2024 general elections are ongoing across 276 constituencies in the country, with 18.8 million people expected to vote.
