The Minister for Communications and Digitization of the Republic of Ghana, Ursula Owusu, has addressed recent reports suggesting that she sent food to voters in a queue at the Ablekuma West Constituency polling station.
A video surfaced online showing voters at the polling station rejecting and driving away a pick-up truck that was carrying packs of food, leading to speculation that the food was intended for the voters.
However, in an interview with TV3, Ursula Owusu clarified that the food was meant for party agents, not voters.
She explained, "We provide breakfast, lunch, and supper for our party agents.
