Joyce Bawah Mogtari, spokesperson of the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama, has accused the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) of attempting to rig the general elections.
She states that there have been several attempts to intimidate voters to deter them from casting their ballot.
This, in her view, smacks of an attempt to cheat in the elections.
Speaking to Journalists on Saturday, December 7, she said "There have been various attempts and plots to rig the elections, it is apparent to all of us.
