The Ghana police service in Kintampo South have arrested an electoral officer for tearing Dr Mahamudi Bawumia from 15 ballot papers.
Dery while issuing the ballot papers tore the photo of the NPP candidate and his party symbol and gave it to electorates to cast their ballot.
A clear indication that he intentionally engaged in the act to deny Dr Mahamudu Bawumi votes.
The incident is said to have taken place at the Ampesika Bayere polling station.
