Some constituents in the Ablekuma West Constituency were seen hooting at a vehicle that was carrying food packs to the polling station.
In a video shared by Channel One TV on X, as soon as the vehicle entered the voting area, some of the people present to cast their votes began hooting and forcing it to exit the premises.
The pick-up was then escorted by security personnel to leave the area and find a safe place to park as tension was brewing.
According to reports, some of the residents claimed that the package was from the incumbent Member of Parliament in the constituency, Ursula Owusu Ekuful, to be distributed to party officials.
