Residents of Ketu South have arrested four alleged armed militants in the Volta Region.
The suspects were apprehended on the night of Friday, December 6, 2024, less than 24 hours before the general election.
A video circulating on social media platform X shows some irate residents physically assaulting an individual believed to be one of the suspects while others surround a white pickup truck thought to have transported the group to the area.
The purpose of the suspects' presence and their alleged deployment to the area remain unclear at this time.
