Special voting for the December 7 general elections commenced smoothly in the Mpohor Fiase Constituency today, with 103 registered voters expected to participate.

The exercise, being held at the Mpohor District Headquarters, began at 7:00 AM after a minor disagreement between Electoral Commission (EC) officials and party agents over the arrangement of the polling area was swiftly resolved.

As of 9:00 AM, 35 voters had cast their ballots, with reports describing the process as orderly and efficient.

Chief Superintendent of Police William Gyemfi, the first to cast his vote, praised the EC officials for their professionalism.
