The Ghana Bar Association (GBA) has criticized the acknowledgment of the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Godfred Dame to the Cloister of Appeal's adjudication in the arguable ambulance accretion case.

On Tuesday, the Appeals Cloister acquitted and absolved Minority Baton and agent Richard Jakpa, who were accused of causing banking accident to the accompaniment in the accretion of ambulances.

Godfred Dame afterwards the cardinal declared the Appeals Court’s acumen as "perverse," "grossly unfair," and "erroneous."

However, speaking on Joy on July 30, 2024, the GBA's Public Relations Officer Saviour Kudze criticized the Minister of Justice's best of words.

He questioned whether he would accept acclimated such accent if the accommodation had been in his favour.

Kudze emphasized that as the baton of the Bar, the Attorney-General should burden from application such terms.

“Assuming the decisions were fabricated in his favour, would he be application such words? He [Attorney General] is the baton of the Bar. We shouldn’t apprehend him to be application such words. You could say you disagree with the adjudication of the cloister and you will booty steps. I anticipate that is what everybody does."
