Voting has commenced without any reported delays across all 17 constituencies in the Western Region for the Special Voting exercise.

A total of 5,094 voters, including security personnel, Electoral Commission staff, journalists, and other stakeholders with duties on election day, are participating in the exercise.

TV3's Ebenezer Atiemo reported from the District Assembly that five people had already cast their ballots as early as 7:15 a.m.

Voters described the process as "smooth." The Special Aide to the NPP Essikado-Ketan Parliamentary Candidate, Abraham Mensah, who arrived at the voting center at Brigade Hall as early as 6:00 a.m., expressed satisfaction with the process so far.
