Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama has issued a barrage of stern warning on the condition under which he will accept the 2024 election results.
He says if the incidents that happened during the 2020 election happens, he will not acceptvtye results.
John Dramani Mahama was speaking in an exclusive interview with BBC when he made this known. "If on the election day there is widespread ballot snatching and beating of people, and the military moving and intimidate people, and shoot people and tugs are all over the place, rampaging, you want me to accept that result, it will depend on the transparency and fairness of the process." Ghana goes to the polls on December 7 to elect leaders who will steer the affairs of the country for the next four years.
This election is one to watch as the governing political party is hoping to make history by retaining power to break the eight year cycle of political parties in the country.
