Independent candidate Nana Kwame Bediako, affectionately known has Cheddar, has set his sights on reconfiguring the sports industry in Ghana if he's elected as President.
The Presedential aspirant who is aiming to be voted into office for the first time when Ghanaians take to the poll on December 7, has revealed how he aims to infuse sports into the educational system, allowing students to participate in sports from a tender age.
Speaking on Ghana television's Presidential Encounters, Cheddar gave a clear over sight into what he aspires to achieve. "But what I would do for sports, which I think we are lacking that would stop people from just watching and not being a part of the industry, is to start infuse sports right into our educational system by partnering with people who are specialized in that." "Because we Ghanaians become footballers by vision, not by skills or training and they need to be trained and coached.
You need to go through a disciplinary process to become a footballer.
