Dr.

Kojo Asante, Director of Advocacy and Policy Engagement at the Ghana Centre for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), has expressed serious concerns over reports of security personnel participating in the distribution of food during the special voting exercise.

This reaction comes after Lydia Seyram Alhassan, the Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon, was caught on camera engaging and distributing water to individuals at the Legon Police Station polling centre during the December 2 special voting process.

Video footage reportedly captured security personnel also receiving food packages, allegedly shared by aides of Lydia Alhassan.
