Rev Yaw Owusu Ansah of the Multimedia Group has shamed pastors who are whipping their members not to vote for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia because he is a Muslim.
To him, if revere men of God who are expected to know better and be religiously tolerant in 2024 think in this direction, then the body of Christ has a grave problem.
His comments come on the back of a pastor who shared a post in a WhatsApp group urging colleague pastors to encourage their members to vote against Bawumia because a Muslim cannot lead Ghana. "A prominent pastor put a flyer in a WhatsApp group urging other pastors not to vote for a Muslim.
I was very disappointed because this is a man of God who leads a big congregation.
