NPP Vice-Presidential Candidate has accused the NDC of being a "sakawa" government.
He claimed that cases of sakawa-illegal practices combining modern internet-based fraud with African traditional rituals-decreased under the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration.
Addressing a group of nursing trainees in a video shared on the social media platform X, Dr.
Opoku Prempeh, who is also a Member of Parliament, warned that voting the NDC back into power would lead to a resurgence of such activities. "All John Mahama and the NDC know is sakawa. Sakawa cases always rise when the NDC is in government.
