Dean of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) Law School, Professor Ernest Kofi Abotsi is worried that Ghanaians are going to the polls on December 7 to elect a president and Members of Parliament when there is no national blueprint on education, energy, economy, agriculture and food security, youth development, poverty, and trade.

His view is that the absence of a national blueprint om these areas cannot be the path to national development.

In a post on his X page ahead of the Special voting taking place today Monday, December 2, he said "Yet again we elect a President on the 7th but without a national blueprint on education, energy, the economy, agriculture & food security, youth development, poverty, trade, etc!

We continue to stagger from term to term divided!
