Special Voting is currently ongoing at selected polling stations across Ghana, allowing eligible voters involved in managing the December 7 general elections to cast their ballots early.

Approximately 131,478 voters, representing 0.007% of the total registered electorate of 18,741,159, are expected to participate in this crucial exercise.

The voting is being conducted in 14 regions across the country, with the Eastern and Western Regions notably excluded due to a ballot-related issue.

A defaced ballot paper, initially marked for destruction, was discovered outside the Checkpoint Printing Press.
