The inability to fulfil all manifesto promises by a political party in power does not make the leaders of the party liars, this is according to the Communications Director for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi.
He says all governments worldwide cannot have a 100% success rate with their promises.
To him, it is a phenomenon worldwide and should not be equated to politicians being untruthful or liars.
While speaking on Accra-based United Television, Sammy Gyamfi who has over the years described Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as a liar for not fulfilling all his promises to the people of Ghana, said inability to fulfil manifesto promises cannot be equated to being a liar.
