Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta has described Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey as "massive" after the Gunners eased their way to a memorable 5-1 Champions League win over Sporting CP on Tuesday night.
Partey was dropped from Arsenal's starting lineup for the first time this season against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League over the weekend.
However, the Ghanaian responded positively to that, making an instantaneous impact after his introduction six minutes into the second half, scoring a stunning long range goal, underlining his impact to the Gunners.
Partey was once again unplayable at the Jose Alvalade Stadium on Tuesday.
