The vice presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof.
Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, is starting a tour of the Oti Region on Thursday. She will spend the next two days in the region to canvass for votes for NDC presidential candidate, Mr John Dramani Mahama, and the party's parliamentary candidates. Prof.
Opoku-Agyemang will address voters in communities including Likpe-Mate in the Guan Constituency, New Ayoma in the Buem Constituency, Abotoase in the Biakoye Constituency and Kparekpare in the Krachi East Constituency. She will highlight the NDC's key manifesto policies aimed at financially empowering women across the country, creating jobs for the youth and improving education at all levels, among others. Prof.
Opoku-Agyemang will complete her tour of the Oti Region later on Friday and return to Accra the same day.
