As Ghana's political landscape heats up in the run-up to the elections, Ing Kwabena Agyapong, a former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has called for unity within the party amid growing concerns over internal divisions.
Speaking on Oyerepa FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Mr Agyapong expressed his discomfort with recent comments made by Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, a respected figure within the NPP, who criticized Dr.
Mahamudu Bawumia. "It's troubling to hear such remarks from someone of his stature," Agyapong began. "As a former cabinet minister, Professor Frimpong-Boateng was part of the decision-making body.
Criticizing the same government he served in raises questions about accountability and principle." He wondered.
