Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has clarified comments made after Tuesday's 3-3 Champions League draw with Feyenoord, stating he did not intend to make light of self-harm.
City squandered a 3-0 lead at the Etihad, extending their winless run to six games.
During his post-match press conference, Guardiola was seen with scratches on his forehead.
When asked about a mark on his nose, he mimicked scratching and said, "With my finger, my nail." He then added, "I want to harm myself," before laughing and exiting the conference.
