Malik Basintale standing by the Wa-Naa The Deputy Communication Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Malik Basintale has been honored by the Wa-Naa, His Royal Majesty Naa Fuseini Seidu Pelpuo IV. Malik Basintale was conferred with the title Yel-Naa, which means Chief of Communication. The short ceremony took place at the Palace of the Wa-Naa. It came in the wake of Mr. Basintale's public spat with Sissala East MP Amidu Chinnia Issahaku.
