A group of armed men besieged the premises of Accra-based Metro TV on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
According to broadcaster Dr.
Randy Abbey, the armed men, who were accompanied by personnel of the Ghana Police Service, were trying to enter the studio while his Good Morning Ghana programme was ongoing.
He indicated that the incident forced the producers of the show to pause the broadcast so the people in the studio could take cover.
