Nigerian actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD, has called on Ghanaians to consider giving the National Democratic Congress' flagbearer John Dramani Mahama, a second chance to be President.
In an interview with JoyNews' Doreen Avio on the red carpet of the 2024 EMY Awards held in Accra over the weekend, RMD urged voters to chose someone who will prioritise the interest of Ghanaians. "I think they shouldn't make the mistake that Africans want to make.
They should vote for the best man, the man who has your back.
Not very many people on the election ballot have your back so I think that Ghanaians know the one that has their backs, so they should vote for that person," he said.
