Former National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, has urged constituents of Gomoa Central to avoid voting "skirt and blouse" in the 2024 elections.
Joining the campaign tour of the NDC's Vice Presidential candidate, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, in the Central Region, Ofosu Ampofo highlighted the importance of unity in voting.
He referenced the current parliamentary standoff, stressing that the NDC needs a solid majority in Parliament to avoid such challenges in the future.
He also criticized the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the prevailing economic hardships, encouraging the constituents to vote for the NDC's presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama, and the parliamentary candidate, Kwame Deen Yawson, to bring about meaningful change.
