Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, says it is deceptive for the government to spruce up existing schools and commission them as new schools.
Addressing NDC supporters at Kpetinga in the Gushiegu Constituency on Thursday as part of her campaign tour of the Northern Region, Prof.
Opoku-Agyemang also questioned the commitment to ensure quality education.
