The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua, has assured Ghanaians of a peaceful and violence-free 2024 general election.

Addressing the public during a recent engagement, he stressed the importance of upholding Ghana's democratic values and called on security agencies to play their part effectively in maintaining order. "Ghana's democracy is respected globally, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure it stays that way," Lawyer Kodua stated.

He underlined that the true winner of the elections will be Ghana itself, not any individual party or candidate. "The NPP has always championed peace and respect for the rule of law, and we will continue to do so," he added.

Despite these assurances, Lawyer Kodua expressed concerns about potential threats to a peaceful electoral process.
