Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Member of Parliament for Ofoase Ayirebi and Minister of Works and Housing, has called on beneficiaries of the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy and their parents to vote in support of the policy.

Speaking to supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) during a health walk dubbed the Final Walk at Kwahu-Abetifi, Nkrumah emphasised the importance of safeguarding the Free SHS initiative for future generations. "I plead with you, if you are a youth who has benefitted from the Free SHS policy, then you have a responsibility.

Your responsibility is to help those who are yet to benefit from the policy to benefit from it.

If you are a parent and your children have benefitted from the policy, you have a responsibility to help those whose children are yet to benefit from the policy do so," he stated.
