Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John has promised to establish an Agricultural University in Afram Planes.
Addressing party faithful in the constituency, John Mahama disclosed that his administration secured a loan from Korea to undertake the project.
However, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government used the fund for a different purpose.
He assured the constituents of the NDC's commitment to realise this goal when they assume power.
