The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has responded to Alan Kyerematen's criticism of former President John Agyekum Kufuor's endorsement of Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
Kyerematen, the Movement for Change's flagbearer, strongly criticised Kufuor for publicly supporting Bawumia before the 2024 general elections.
In a Facebook post shared on Monday, November 18, Mr Ofosu Nkansah addressed Mr Kyerematen's remarks, which had suggested that Kufuor's endorsement had tarnished his political legacy as a statesman.
According to Kyerematen, Kufuor's endorsement of Bawumia had placed a "big blot" on his career, given his respected status in Ghanaian politics.
