Some unidentified gunmen have ambushed and attacked New Patriotic Party(NPP) campaigners at Asante Akim North Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
According to MyNewsGh.com reporters, the victims were attacked by the suspects at Kowirem in Agogo while on their way from campaign activities.
It is gathered that they standing by their pick-up number GR 7757-24 when the suspects appeared from nowhere in an unregistered Range Rover, crossed them and started firing indiscriminately.
They seized pick-up keys and took away their mobile phones amidst gunshots and drove away.
