The Managing Director for the State Transport Company (STC), Nana Akomea, has debunked claims that he has approved the sale of the Stadium Hotel in Kumasi.
Some leading members of the National Democratic Congress on their social media platforms shared a letter suggesting Nana Akomea had sanctioned the sale of state property.
They, through their post, suggested state capture by the governing New Patriotic Party and called on the people of Ghana to reject the NPP as a result.
But reacting to the said letter and the claims by people who have been sharing the letter on social media, Nana Akomea said, "I have seen some posts on Facebook claiming Nana Akomea has sold STC property, the Stadium Hotel, in Kumasi.
