As Ghana approaches a critical election season, Professor Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, a former Minister of Education has called for unity within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), urging party members to set aside disputes and focus on the bigger picture.
During meetings with constituency and polling station executives in the Pru East and Pru West constituencies, the seasoned politician and academic emphasized that internal bickering over resources and logistics, especially close to election day, could jeopardize the party's chances.
Speaking candidly to the executives, he said, "It's too late for quarrelling.
You've sacrificed so much over the years, and now, with the finishing line just ahead of us, there's no time for distractions.
