Spokesperson of former President John Dramani Mahama, Joyce Bawah Mogtari has accused the New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration of failing to improve roads in cocoa-growing areas as they promised in the 2016 general elections.
Bawah Mogtari notes that roads leading to the Western North region, a cocoa-growing region, are in a terribly deplorable condition.
She makes the point that Ghana's cocoa-growing communities have been short-changed and have gotten poorer under Akufo Addo and Bawumia administrations.
To that end, she has urged Ghanaians to vote for the presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming elections.
