George Akuffo Dampare, of exhibiting autocratic tendencies and engaging in heavy arbitrariness.
In a recent interview on Neat FM, ACP Agordzo said some officers have sadly become victims of Dr.
Dampare, whom he also accused of being vindictive. "There is a cult system in the police service where whoever he does not like is in trouble.
