Legal practitioner Tsatsu Tsikata has described the Electronic Levy (E-Levy) introduced and implemented by the ruling government as a disaster.
According to him, the E-Levy has fallen short of expectations, to the point where even appears to be distancing himself from the policy, despite it being implemented during his tenure as vice president.
