The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi, has disclosed why Ghanaians want to vote back former President John Mahama.

Speaking on the news analysis programme Newsfile monitored by MyNewsGh.com, Sammy Gyamfi stated that the Afrobarometer report disclosed that Ghanaians are worried about the cost of living and the hardship in the country.

According to him, Ghanaians will vote for John Mahama because he has a sound economic track record and has been president in the past.

The NDC National Executive believes that Ghanaians will vote for Mahama because he stabilized the economy in the past and can do that again if given the mandate "Ghanaians say the hardship and cost of living are too much and unbearable.
