The Minister of Education, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum has urged Ghanaians to support the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming elections, emphasising the importance of continuity in the country's educational reforms.

Dr Adutwum highlighted the significant strides made under the NPP government, including the implementation of the Free Senior High School policy, which has dramatically increased access to education for thousands of students across the country.

He noted that these initiatives have not only improved enrollment rates but have also enhanced the quality of education through better infrastructure and teacher training programmes. "The transformation we have witnessed in our educational sector is just the beginning," Adutwum stated when he addressed parents and students on the educational sector on behalf of the NPP flagbearer Dr Mahamudu Bawumia on Sunday, November 10. "To build on this momentum, we need a government that is committed to sustaining these reforms.

A vote for the NPP is a vote for the future of our children and the prosperity of our nation." Dr Adutwum stressed that Dr Bawumia was the right person to continue with the legacy of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. #GhanaPolls2024 #ElectionBureau #CitiVerify
