The staff of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) in the Upper East Region has honoured the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Mustapha Abdul Hamid, for his effective and good leadership for putting the Authority on the map. The staff of NPA in the Region, through the leadership of Dr. Mustapha Abdul Hamid, claim they have received all the necessary support and motivation in carrying out their duties and mandate in ensuring that efficient and quality petroleum products are distributed to the public. Since the beginning of NPA operations in Bolgatanga, consumers of petroleum products have expressed satisfaction on the value-for-money component of products.
