The Speaker of Ghana's Parliament, Rt Hon Alban Sumana Bagbin, has disclosed that he prepared to put down his job and go back to his village if he is not liked.  While addressing the media last Wednesday, he disclosed that as one of the longest leaders in parliament, he cannot make public some investors who have refused to invest in Ghana due to the uncertainty of the law. "Immediately you invest here, you will have issue with the law and the court and system cannot tell you what the law is.

So when you talk about unemployment and under development under us, na who cause am?" the speaker questioned.

Alban Bagbin believes that being a leader is a course and any other thing that follows is an effect.

He recounted how Ghanaians applauded the president during his inaugural speech where he urged Ghanaians to be citizens and not spectators but expressed worry saying that Ghanaians have now turned into spectators rather than citizens.
