Some 25 members of the NDC caucus in Parliament are seated on the majority side of Parliament ahead of today's sitting.
Parliament sits today after their sitting was adjourned indefinitely by the Speaker of Parliament.
While away from Parliament, the Speaker of Parliament sought to set aside the ruling of the Supreme Court, which granted the majority leader, Alexander Afenyo Markin, a stay of execution on a ruling declaring four seats vacant in Parliament.
The case of the Speaker was dismissed by the Chief Justice and her panel.
