Former President John Dramani Mahama, the 2024 Presidential Candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has outlined several key policies aimed at revitalizing Ghana's economy if he is elected back into office.

Here are five significant initiatives he has proposed: 24-Hour Economy: Mahama has proposed implementing a 24-hour economy strategy, which involves three shifts of eight hours each to maximize productivity and efficiency.

This policy aims to transform Ghana into an import-substitution and export-led economy, enhance access to public services, and create more well-paying jobs for unemployed Ghanaians.

Farmer Services Centres: To boost the agricultural sector, Mahama plans to establish Farmer Services Centres across the country.
