CEO of DVLA, Kwasi Agyeman Busia The Chief Executive Officer of Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Kwasi Agyeman Busia has called for continuous capacity building for staff of the authority to ensure quality service delivery at all times. He noted that capacity building necessarily paves way for workers to come-up with innovative ideas that enables them to improve on service delivery to clients, which ultimately makes it possible for DVLA to meet international standards. The Chief Executive Officer made the call at this year's mid-year National Conference of Managers of DVLA in Ho under the theme:" 25 Years of Transformational Service Delivery". Agyeman Busia announced that the Authority has transformed from manual to digitalization which makes their services more acceptable and attractive to clients as they acquire license within 30 minutes, thereby placing DVLA as one of the finest driver and vehicles licensing authority in the world. The CEO stressed that the future and progress of DVLA lies in digitalization and therefore managers should regularly avail themselves for skills development to be able to meet customers desires in the acquisition of relevant documents as they operate in the transportation industry.
