The small town of Benkrom in the Savannah Region came alive on Saturday, November 2, 2024, as thousands gathered to celebrate the first-ever Dingoro Street Festival, an event organized by the Dingoro Street Movement.
Founded and led by the dynamic Borejinkpr Mufti, the youth-centered movement has rapidly gained popularity for its focus on empowering young people and strengthening community bonds across the region.
The festival attracted patrons from nearby towns like Buipe, Bole, Damongo, Kulaw, and Yapei, all eager to experience the vibrant cultural activities, music, and sense of community pride that filled the streets of Benkrom.
