The Western Regional office of the Ghana Water Limited (GWCL) has rewarded two customers in the commercial and domestic category, for their loyalty and prompt payment of   monthly bills.

The recipients, the commercial customer, Takoradi Mall, and domestic customer, Mrs Agnes Mensah, a resident of Ntakorful in the Sekondi-Takoradi metropolis, received GWCL customised wall clocks, mugs and box tissue papers.

Speaking in an interview with journalists after the presentations, the Acting Regional Chief Manager of GWCL, Western Region, Nana Yaw Barima Barnie, explained that, the gesture was  part of the Company's policy to "celebrate, honour, and reward" deserving and loyal customers in  October, every year.

October was dedicated   as a Customer Service Month, he added.
