Traditional and religious leaders will have central roles in governance if Dr Mahamudu Bawumia becomes president in 2025, according to Dr.
Matthew Opoku Prempeh, also known as 'Napo.' Speaking in Debiso, Western North Region, Napo emphasized that a Bawumia-led New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration would partner with chiefs and clergy to address moral decline, which he identified as a significant national issue.
Napo expressed concern over increasing cases of moral decadence, especially among the youth, which he and Dr.
Bawumia see as an obstacle to the country's development.
