Independent presidential aspirant Samuel Ankrah has pledged to bring a new level of accountability to Ghanaian politics. He spoke on Class 91.3 FM's Class Morning Show with Kwame Dwomoh-Agyemang on August 9, 2024. He said if he failed to deliver tangible progress within four years after being voted into office, Ghanaians should not consider him for re-election. Ankrah outlined his vision for a prosperous Ghana, emphasizing the need for a fundamental shift away from the entrenched political practices that have dominated the country for decades. "I come with huge credibility on the table," he noted. "My credibility is at stake, and I'm saying I'm signing contracts with the people of Ghana. If after four years we've not been able to structure this country to prosperity, don't vote for me again," Ankrah declared.
