A 20-year-old interior decorator, Pearl Agbomadzi, has been charged with murder in connection with the death of her 74-year-old lover, a British national residing in Ghana.
According to a report by 3news.com, on August 2, 2024, the deceased, John Scott Hughes, who was in a relationship with Pearl, called her on the phone to meet him at American House at East Legon.
They later proceeded to a popular entertainment hub, Philipo's Movie House at East Legon.
Scott Hughes consequently booked room 7 for the two of them.
