Former Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan has descended heavily on the NDC caucus in Parliament over their conduct in the Legislative House on Tuesday, October 22.

They occupied the majority side of the chamber following the Speaker's declaration of four seats vacant while the NPP caucus boycotted the House.

Though the Supreme Court has stayed the Speaker's order, the NDC MPs insist they are the Majority in Parliament, hence have refused to heed the court ruling.

In the absence of the NPP caucus, the members of the NDC Caucus engaged in a march on the floor of the House.
